Latham Represents Comvest in Refinancing for AC Milan

Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners has completed a successful refinancing that strengthens the capital structure and long-term financial flexibility of AC Milan, a premiere European football club acquired by RedBird Capital Partners in 2022. The transaction closed on January 30, 2026.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Comvest in the refinancing with a cross-border private credit team led by Chicago partner Noah Weiss and Chicago counsel Andrea Keller, Milan partner Marcello Bragliani and Milan counsel Giorgio Ignazzi, and London partners Sanjev Warna-kula-suriya and Quentin Gwyer, with associates Philip Charteris, Felix Buddee, Marco Martino, Francesca Parisini, Alessandro Bertolazzi, Luke Groom, and Meg Tompkins, with assistance from Giovanni Briscese and Daniele Isidoro.
