Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Siemens Energy AG on a cornerstone investment in connection with the IPO of ASTA Energy Solutions AG on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. ASTA is a global leader in copper-based solutions for power generation, transmission, and e-mobility. Siemens Energy, a long-standing partner of ASTA, is among the world's leading energy technology companies.
