Latham Advises Bain Capital and Italmatch Chemicals on the Refinancing of the Capital Structure of the Italmatch Group
Latham & Watkins has advised Italmatch Chemicals, a leading innovative specialty chemicals group and a portfolio company of Bain Capital, on the issuance of €690 million senior secured notes due 2031, composed of €390 million floating rate notes and €300 million fixed rate notes, on the back of strong demand from investors.
The firm has also advised the group on the upsize and maturity extension of the existing revolving credit facility with primary lending institutions.
