Latham Advises on Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s US$1 Billion Bond Offering

London team represented the underwriters in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins has advised the underwriters on Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s (AIIB) issuance of US$1 billion 4.125% notes due 2036. The firm previously advised on AIIB’s US$2 billion offering in September 2025.

Latham team was led by London corporate partner Ryan Benedict, with associate Valera Bamgbala.
