Latham Advises on Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s US$2 Billion Bond Offering

Latham & Watkins has advised the underwriters on Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s (AIIB) issuance of US$2 billion 3.625% notes due 2028. The firm previously advised on AIIB’s US$2 billion and US$1 billion offerings in January and May 2025, respectively.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Ryan Benedict, with associates Valera Bamgbala and Sonali Ladha.
