Latham & Watkins Advises on Sale of NorthC to Antin Infrastructure Partners
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised NorthC and its shareholders on the sale of NorthC, to Antin Infrastructure Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on infrastructure. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in H1 2026.
NorthC is a leading enterprise colocation data center platform in Northwest Europe, operating 25 data centers across major metropolitan areas in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. Latham has advised NorthC on numerous transactions over the past years.
