Latham & Watkins Advises Encore Consumer Capital on Continuation Vehicle for Lion Beverages

Encore Consumer Capital (Encore), a private equity firm that invests exclusively in consumer products companies, has announced the closing of a single-asset continuation vehicle for Lion Beverages, LLC.

Latham & Watkins LLP served as both fund and deal counsel to Encore in the transaction with a multidisciplinary corporate deal team led by Investment Funds partners Matthew Chase and Matthew Wynne, with associates Victoria Cappucci and Edward Wang, and M&A partner Jane Greyf and counsel Jennifer Wong, with associates Eric Giray and Grace Jang.
