Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. (NYSE: KGS) (Kodiak) announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock by an affiliate of EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the underwriters in the offering with a corporate team led by Houston partners Nick Dhesi and Ryan Maierson, Austin partner Samuel Rettew, with associates Paul Robe, Carol Bale, and Mary Kline.
