Latham Represents KKR and Club of Private Credit Sources in Debt Financing for Flexera Software
KKR, a leading global investment firm, has announced that KKR-managed credit funds and accounts served as lead investor on the debt financing for the recapitalization of Flexera Software, a global leader in technology spend and risk intelligence. KKR Capital Markets also served as lead arranger and bookrunner on the transaction.
