Latham Advises on Two Transactions Named 2024 Deals of the Year by ACG Houston
The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston has honored two Latham-led deals in its eighth annual ACG Houston Deal of the Year Awards.
Latham & Watkins advised The Capstreet Group in its acquisition of Allpoints Land Survey, Inc. winning the Houston Impact Deal of the Year. The deal team was led by Houston partner Bruce Herzog and Washington, D.C. partner Elizabeth More, with associate Adam Hurwitz.
Latham & Watkins also advised Sallyport Commercial Finance in its sale to Northrim BanCorp, which earned the Houston Private Equity (Divestiture) Deal of the Year. The deal team was led by Houston partner James Garrett and associate John Daywalt, with assistance from associates Brian Bruzzo and Patrick Donlon.
