Latham Represents Neuberger Berman Capital Solutions in Direct Investment in DISA Global Solutions

Neuberger Berman Capital Solutions (NB Capital Solutions) has announced a direct growth investment in support of Audax Private Equity-backed DISA Global Solutions. DISA is a leading provider of employee screening and compliance services. The investment by NB Capital Solutions enabled DISA to complete the add-on acquisition of the screening and compliance services operations of Castle Branch Inc., a provider of compliance management and background screening services, with a special focus on supporting the success of students, faculty, and other education and healthcare professionals across the nation.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented NB Capital Solutions in the investment with a hybrid capital team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, and Andrew Blumenthal, with associates Claire Solimine and Jie Lin Nai. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Pardis Zomorodi.
