Blue Bird Corporation (Nasdaq: BLBD), a leader in electric and low-emission school buses, has announced that affiliates of Coliseum Capital Management LLC and American Securities LLC intend to offer 2,500,000 shares of Blue Bird’s common stock, par value US$0.0001 per share, pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
