Latham & Watkins Advises TA Associates on Investment in MRH Trowe

Latham & Watkins advised TA Associates on its acquisition of a minority stake in MRH Trowe, one of the largest owner-managed commercial lines insurance brokers in Germany, from AnaCap Financial Partners. The founding managers will remain the largest shareholder group post transaction and will be backed by both AnaCap and TA Associates moving forward. MHR Trowe plans to double revenues over the next five years to more than €300 million. Closing of the transaction is subject to EU antitrust approval.
