Latham & Watkins Represents Bloom & Wild on Acquisition of Bloomon

London corporate team advises on transaction creating Europe’s largest online flower delivery business.
Latham & Watkins advised Bloom & Wild, a leading online florist, on its acquisition of Bloomon, an online florist based in the Netherlands.
The combined business expects to ship more than eight million plants and bouquets of flowers in the next year in countries including Belgium, Denmark and Germany, and has forecast revenues to exceed £200 million.
This transaction follows Bloom & Wild’s Series D fundraising, which Latham also advised on.
