Latham Advises Bloom & Wild on £75 Million Series D

Latham & Watkins advised Bloom & Wild, Europe’s largest and fastest growing online flower delivery and gifting platform, in a £75 million Series D funding round. General Catalyst led the round, joined by Index Ventures, with participation from Novator, Latitude Ventures, D4 Ventures (established by Hanzade Dogan), and existing investors including Burda Principal Investments.

The funding will further finance Bloom & Wild’s ambitious expansion strategy and investment into scaling its solution-led technology as it looks to pursue additional growth opportunities to consolidate its leadership position in the European flower market.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Robbie McLaren, with associates Jon Fox and Will Temple-Smith.
