Latham Corporate Partner Named Texas Trailblazer

Texas Lawyer has recognized partner Michael Chambers, Vice Chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Department, in its second annual Texas Trailblazers report. The program features lawyers who “…have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technical advancement of their practice,” according to Texas Lawyer. 

In his profile, he was recognized for being ”a one-stop shop for clients.” Chambers noted,“…I think my client base appreciates the continuity of dealing with the same lawyer for their different financing needs.

Over his career, Chambers has honed his practice, which blends banking, capital markets and restructuring, regularly advising on the markets’ most important transactions. “There’s almost no debt finance transaction that I haven’t seen,” Chambers said.
