With a keen understanding of market practice, he advises an impressive roster of companies, private equity funds, investment banks, and other institutional debt and equity investors in successive transactions across the business life cycle.

He also draws on his decades of experience to provide boards and management teams with a strategic corporate perspective and insight on raising capital at every point in the market cycle.
