On the Pump
a phrase used in the oil and gas industry to describe when a Well is not, or is no longer, a Flowing Well, and a Pump Jack is being used to drive the Hydrocarbons to the surface.
Anchor
essentially a Blockchain-based signature that can be put into codes or physical products and cannot be removed or changed; verification of the Anchor is synonymous with verification of the authenticity of the product. An Anchor can be a microchip or an optical code, and can be used to reduce counterfeit goods or trace stolen goods.

a Public Company’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer and three most highly compensated executive officers other than the principal executive officer and principal financial officer. See NEO.
Zone of Insolvency
no, this is not a bad TV sitcom. When a previously solvent Borrower gets close to insolvency, the courts have held that the board of directors’ fiduciary duties morph to include the Borrower’s creditors. Prior to entering the Zone of Insolvency, Borrowers do not owe their creditors any fiduciary duties.
Mutual Fund
a Fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that is publicly traded for the purpose of investing in Securities such as stocks, bonds, money market instruments and similar assets and provides daily liquidity to its investors. Also known as an Open-End Fund.
