Andrew Paik is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Mr. Paik focuses on antitrust review or investigations of mergers and joint ventures in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Paik also represents clients in litigation matters, including merger litigation, joint venture litigation, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Paik is a former member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and previously served as the leader of the Asian Middle Eastern Lawyers Group in Washington, D.C.. He currently serves on the firm’s Associates Committee.

Mr. Paik earned his JD at Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude and served as an Economics Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. While in law school, Mr. Paik was a student attorney in the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute.
