Sebastian Moss is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Data & Technology Transactions Practice.

Mr. Moss counsels public and private companies as well as private equity funds, on intellectual property, technology, and commercial contract issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, complex carve-outs, and corporate financings.

Prior to joining Latham, he was an associate at a boutique intellectual property firm in Silicon Valley, and managed the intellectual property concerns of a multinational fintech vendor in the US and Europe.

Mr. Moss has provided pro bono legal counsel for disadvantaged New Yorkers through the City Bar Justice Center, and as a judicial fellow in complex civil cases for a New York state court judge.

In addition to degrees in law and science, he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Information Privacy Professional, US (CIPP/US) designations.
