Latham Advises on US$1.5 Billion Refinancing for Petco

Capital markets and banking team represents the banks in connection with the refinancing for the pet company.
Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in a US$600 million senior secured notes offering and the agents and arrangers in a US$900 million Term Loan B facility for Petco.
