Sarah Axtell serves as a strategic advisor on significant transactions to enable her clients to grow and succeed. She advises public and private companies, with a focus on advising technology companies and leading initial public offerings and other capital-raising transactions.
As a nationally recognized lawyer, she brings particular experience handling transactional and corporate governance matters on behalf of growth-stage companies, including leading tech innovators.
