Rebecca C. Crowley is a member of the Finance Department who focuses on the infrastructure and core-plus infrastructure sector, with particular experience in cross-border acquisition financing. She acts for sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders (infrastructure funds, bank lenders, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and pension funds) on a broad range of capital structures, including loans and notes structures. She has significant experience handling fiber and energy transactions. She received her First Class Honours LLB from The College of Law in 2010, following completion of her B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol in 2008.

  • GlobalConnect – advising EQT on its €2.7 billion refinancing
  • Coriance – advising FSI and the company in connection with various authorized credit facilities
  • EQT and IP Only – advising EQT on the financing for its acquisition of IP Only
  • Inexio – advising funders on EQT’s acquisition of Inexio
  • Getec – advising funders on EQT’s refinancing of Getec
  • Brisa – advising APG on its financing for its acquisition of Brisa
  • OMERS and EQT – advising the sponsors on their acquisition of Deutsche Glasfaser
  • Oslofjord Varme, Mirova and Infranode – advising the company and sponsors on its platform financing
  • Loiste, Mirova and Infranode – advising the company and sponsors on its platform refinancing
  • Finerge – advising FSI and company on its refinancing and on various acquisitions made by it
  • Drax – advising funders on various financings, including refinancing of its bridge facilities in 2019 and the funding for its acquisition of Scottish Power 
  • 3i and Ionisos – advising on the financing for 3i’s acquisition of Ionisos
  • SKIP Wind and Ardian – advising funders on its financing for certain wind projects
  • Ufinet – advising funders on Ufinet’s financing 
  • Currenta – advising funders to a bidder    
  • Suomi Gas Distribution – advising funders on its refinancing   
  • Altice Fibre France – advising funders to a bidder    
  • Brussels Airport – advising funders to a bidder     
  • CATS – advising funders in respect of its refinancing    
  • Nuovo Transporto Viaggiatori – advising funders in relation to the refinancing of this Italian private rail operator   
  • ADB Safegate – advising Carlyle on its acquisition of ADB Safegate
  • Lindorff – advising Nordic Capital / Lindorff on a bridge financing and notes/SSRCF financing     
  • Bio Group – advising funders on the refinancing for Bio Group and advising funders on the financing for the acquisition of Bioépine by Bio Group   
  • Aston Martin – advising funders on the notes issuance and SSRCF in respect of Aston Martin   
  • Selecta – advising Allianz Capital Partners GmbH on its sale of a majority stake in Selecta  
  • Platform Specialty Products / Alent plc – advising lenders in relation to the P2P acquisition of Alent plc by Platform Specialty Products    
  • Platform Specialty Products – advising funders on the acquisition of Arysta LifeScience Limited by Platform Specialty Products   
  • Cerved – advising lenders in respect of the refinancing of Cerved   
  • Nets – advising Advent and Bain on their acquisition of Nets*   
  • EWOS – advising Bain and Altor on their acquisition of EWOS*
  • Attendo – advising Bain and Attendo on the financing for this Nordic care home group*
