Preeta Paragash is counsel in the Finance Department and Banking Practice in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Paragash’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of investment and commercial banks, private debt funds, borrowers, and private equity firms in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions and debt restructurings, with a particular focus on acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Paragash was an associate at another major international law firm.
