Latham Advises on Significant Financing for Proofpoint

Banking team represents the administrative agent and arrangers supporting the cybersecurity company’s maturity extension of its first lien credit facilities.

Proofpoint, a global leader in human and agent cybersecurity, has completed a maturity extension for the company’s first lien facilities. Pursuant to the amendment, Proofpoint extended the maturity for its existing revolving credit facility and US$4.3 billion of its existing term loans, in each case, by two years.
