Oscar Hayward is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice.

Mr. Hayward advises public and private companies in various industries across merger control, competition litigation, and State aid.

His experience covers several industry sectors including technology (both hardware and software) transport (aviation, automotive, maritime), pharmaceutical, private equity, and agribusiness.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Hayward worked in the London office of a leading US firm.

Mr. Hayward’s experience includes advising:
