  • GTCR in connection with its sale of Inteliquent to Sinch
  • Henkel in its acquisition of Momentive’s consumer sealants division
  • Homie Technology in its:
    • US$30 million convertible note financing
    • US$23 million Series B financing
    • US$10 million Series A financing
  • Oscar Health in its US$1.4 billion IPO
  • Rivian in its multiple preferred stock financings and general company side matters
