Dr. Nicole Kubalek is a knowledge management counsel for Latham & Watkins’ German offices and a member of the Corporate Department. She has broad experience in corporate law issues with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. She has regularly advised public and private companies in all types of local and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Kubalek worked as an associate and counsel with other major international law firms in Hamburg, New York, and Munich.
