Michael B. Zucker

Michael Zucker is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Zucker represents public and privately owned companies and buy-out firms in connection with:

• Domestic and international mergers and acquisitions
• Tax-free reorganizations
• Restructurings
• Financing transactions

He also advises on equity and debt offerings, and the formation and operation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs).

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Zucker was a management consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.
