80 Acres Farms® and Soli Organic® announced a strategic merger to form a national powerhouse in indoor farming, uniting complementary strengths in technology, operations, and retail distribution. The newly formed company, operating under the 80 Acres Farms name and headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio, will serve over 17,000 storefronts across the US. With projected first-year revenues approaching US$200 million, the merger combines 80 Acres Farms’ GroLoop™ platform with Soli Organic’s longstanding retail footprint and agronomic expertise. The combined company will offer a diversified product portfolio and leverage proven technology and data platforms to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
