He also has particular experience representing Latin America tech companies. He also advises venture capital funds and strategic investors, so he understands early-stage transactions from all angles.
Mr. Curi brings an empathetic perspective to his engagements, informed by his experience as the former chief legal and business affairs officer of a venture-backed SaaS adtech company — where he led a successful exit, his experience living and working in Latin America, and his understanding of the legal landscape from boutique practice to big law.
