KaliVir Immunotherapeutics, Inc., a clinical‑stage biotechnology company developing cutting‑edge, multi‑mechanistic oncolytic immunotherapy programs, has announced the closing of a US$14 million extension of its Series A financing. The financing was led by Company K Partners, with participation from SV Investment, Flexus Partners, as well as continued support from existing investors including affiliates of Nextrans and Quad Investment Management.
