  • Axalta Coating Systems on its term loan and multicurrency revolving credit facilities

    • US$4.2 billion acquisition of ManTech, a provider of technologies and solutions for national security programs

    • The term loan, revolving credit and asset-based facilities to finance its acquisition of Oregon Tool, a global manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket-driven professional-grade cutting tools, outdoor equipment accessories, and parts
    • Term loan and revolving credit facilities for United Site Services, a provider of portable restrooms, temporary fence, and related site services
    • The financing for its investment into Nesco Holdings, a leading provider of specialized truck and heavy equipment solutions, as well as Nesco’s acquisition of Custom Truck One Source
