Latham Advises Light & Wonder on US$1 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

Light & Wonder, Inc. (NASDAQ and ASX: LNW) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Light & Wonder International, Inc. (LNWI), has completed a private offering of US$1 billion in aggregate principal amount of new 6.250% senior unsecured notes due 2033.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the issuer in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by New York partner Senet Bischoff, with associates Gabriella Tang and Molly Mitchell. Advice was also provided on banking matters by Washington, D.C. partners Scott Forchheimer and Melissa Frankel Fabian; and on tax matters by New York partner Aaron Bernstein and Washington, D.C. partner Andrea Ramezan-Jackson, with associate Jacob Nagelberg.
