Meiran Yin is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.
Meiran represents public and private companies in litigation, investigation, regulatory, and transactional matters, especially those related to antitrust and intellectual property. She advises clients in sectors such as technology and healthcare.
Meiran maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and non-profits seeking tax-exempt status.
Meiran has held leadership positions in the ABA Antitrust Section—Intellectual Property Committee. She serves on Latham’s Training and Career Enhancement (TACE) Committee, and previously led the local office chapter of the firm’s First Generation Professionals Group.
While in law school, Meiran served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Gary Katzmann at the US Court of International Trade, and a legal intern at Bridgewater Associates. Prior to law school, she worked as a strategy consultant.
