  • Brookfield Asset Management on its acquisition of Cupa Group, a Spain-based company that produces and distributes roofing slate
  • EQT Partners on acquiring RIMES Technologies, a leading managed data services and RegTech solutions provider with operations across the US, Europe, and Asia
