Latham Advises CVC on Strategic Investment in Dream Games
Latham & Watkins has advised CVC, a leading global alternative asset management firm, on its investment in Dream Games as its sole equity partner. Dream Games is the developer and publisher of globally renowned mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom. The transaction will provide liquidity to Dream Games’ initial venture capital partners. In addition, funds managed by Blackstone and other investors will provide debt financing as part of the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q3 2025.
