Jaime Martin is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Martin is a member of the Global Financial Institutions Industry Group. Ms. Martin provides financial services regulatory advice and has experience advising a range of financial institutions and market infrastructure providers on a variety of ESG legal and regulatory risk management matters.

Ms. Martin has recently returned from secondment at a leading US investment bank, advising it on its enterprise-wide ESG disclosures.

  • Multiple clients on whistleblowing investigations

  • A private equity house in relation to its AIFMD filing obligations
