Hana Ladhari is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins. She primarily advises on complex commercial litigation, including in an international context. She also provides guidance to clients on securities and regulatory matters before French authorities, such as the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).

In addition to her litigation practice, Hana advises clients on a range of compliance matters. Her expertise covers anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and economic sanctions and export controls. Drawing on her litigation and compliance knowledge, Hana also serves leading companies in connection with environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, including compliance with the duty of vigilance and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

She also assists clients on data protection compliance. Her experience in this area is further enriched by a year-long secondment at a major tech company, where she handled data protection and AdTech-related matters, enhancing her understanding of the tech industry’s legal landscape.
