Greg advises a diverse array of clients across multiple industries, ranging from entertainment, sports, and media, to energy and retail and consumer products.

A recognized leader at the firm, Greg previously served as a member of the Associates Committee.

During law school, Greg worked for Judge Christina A. Snyder of the US District Court for the Central District of California and the US Department of State.

Greg’s experience includes representing:

  • A sports and entertainment company in an unsolicited submission case that resulted in a successful summary judgment motion
  • A leading real estate investment trust in a breach of contract action in which Greg second-chaired a successful bench trial
  • A food manufacturer in a dispute with its supplier that concluded with a successful 18-day arbitration hearing
  • A private equity company in an action for fraud against a seller that resulted in a significant monetary award
  • A major law firm in a dispute with former partners that resulted in a successful summary judgment motion in arbitration, which Greg successfully defended against a motion to vacate and through appeal
  • A food co-operative in complex antitrust cases
