Brian Bruzzo is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Bruzzo advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies on:

Mr. Bruzzo maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking to seal their juvenile criminal records with the Juvenile and Children’s Advocacy Project.

While attending law school at the University of Virginia, Mr. Bruzzo was an assistant managing editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Bruzzo was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.
