Tony Richmond serves market-leading companies on large-scale and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and public financings. Mr. Richmond previously served as Co-Chair of the Retail & Consumer Products Industry Group.
Mr. Richmond regularly represents private equity investors and their portfolio companies in significant transactions and acts as outside general counsel for several public companies.
He excels at maintaining long-term relationships with sophisticated clients, leveraging his experience facilitating more than US$130 billion in public financings in the last 10 years.
Mr. Richmond chairs the firm’s Audit Committee as well as the Initiatives Committee. Prior to his legal career, he worked with a Big 4 public accounting firm. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).
