Tony Richmond is a partner in the firm's Silicon Valley office. He has significant experience in finance and securities matters involving public and private companies, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and leveraged recapitalizations.

Mr. Richmond regularly represents private equity investors in a variety of assignments and acts as outside general counsel for several public companies, including American Airlines Group Inc., Avago Technologies Limited, Rentech, Inc., Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P., and Spirit Airlines, Inc. Private equity representations include venture capital, advanced stage and buy-out and recapitalization financings.

Mr. Richmond was previously employed for three years by a Big-4 public accounting firm as a senior accountant with experience in audit and federal and state taxation. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).
