Latham & Watkins Represents Broadcom Inc. in US$1.95 Billion Private Senior Notes Offering
Broadcom Inc. has announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of US$750,000,000 of 4.00% Senior Notes due 2029 and US$1,200,000,000 of 4.15% Senior Notes due 2032. The New Notes will be unsecured obligations of the Company and will rank pari passu with all other unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of the Company. The Offering is expected to settle on April 14, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
