Alisa Hand is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Hand is an associate in the Tax Department of the New York office and a member of the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice.
Ms. Hand represents companies, sponsors, and executives in connection with employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Her experience includes the negotiation and drafting of executive employment and severance agreements, the design and implementation of equity-based and other incentive compensation arrangements, and advising clients on the tax, securities, and corporate law issues that may arise in connection with such arrangements.
Ms. Hand also counsels clients with respect to compensation and benefits issues in initial public offerings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.
