Drawing on her experience in multifaceted and novel transactions, Ms. De Coppi handles the full spectrum of banking and finance matters on behalf of Italian and international entities. She serves a number of leading private equity and institutional clients as well as a mix of financial institutions, including commercial banks, investment banks, and direct lenders.

Ms. De Coppi serves as local leader of the Women Lawyers Group in Latham’s Milan office. She has previously served as a member of the firm’s Mentoring and Training & Career Enhancement (TACE) Committees.
