Mr. Westhoff advises issuers and underwriters in complex, high-profile capital markets transactions, as well as in general securities and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Westhoff regularly handles prominent capital markets transactions on behalf of issuers and investment banking firms in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the consumer retail, healthcare, and technology sectors. He also advises public company clients on a day-to-day basis, including assisting them in the preparation and filing of ’34 Act reports, corporate governance, and securities law matters.
