VistaJet Malta Finance P.L.C., a public limited liability company organized under Maltese law and XO Management Holding, Inc., a corporation organized in the State of Delaware, closed on January 31, 2022 their US$1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of their 6.375% senior notes offering due 2030.
