Latham & Watkins Represents Initial Purchasers in Spring Window Fashion’s US$625 Million Senior Notes Offering

Offering is part of the financing to support Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.’s acquisition of Springs Window Fashions.

Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the US$625 million senior notes offering by Springs Window Fashions. The offering is part of the financing for Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.’s agreement to acquire Springs Window Fashions from affiliates of AEA Investors, LP and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.

Latham represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos and Benjamin Stern and New York counsel Michael Saliba, with New York associates Hana Nah, Andi Hasaj, and Darby Dietrich.
