Latham & Watkins Advises on ZipRecruiter’s Upsized US$550 Million Senior Notes Offering

ZipRecruiter®, a leading online employment marketplace, closed on January 12, 2022 its private offering of US$550 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% Senior Notes due 2030. The aggregate principal amount of the offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of US$500 million due to market interest.
