Latham & Watkins Advises Lion Street in its Acquisition by Integrity Marketing Group

A corporate deal team advises the elite network of firms and financial professionals in the transaction.

Integrity Marketing Group, LLC, an omnichannel insurtech leader in life, health, and wealth solutions, has announced it has acquired Lion Street, an elite national network of agencies and professionals providing life insurance, wealth management, and financial planning solutions to high-net-worth clients. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Lion Street in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Austin partner Samer Zabaneh and Century City counsel Adam Rachlis, with Austin associate Jase Burner, Los Angeles associates Ariel Gershoig and Dylan Towns, and Houston associate Nat Bass. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles partner Larry Seymour and Century City partner Pardis Zomorodi, with Los Angeles associate Megan Ampe; on FINRA regulatory matters by New York partner Stephen Wink, with New York associates Naim Culhaci and Jackie Rugart; and on HSR-related matters by Washington, D.C. counsel Patrick English.
